What you should know

 For most, the idea of doing yoga on a SUP or, stand-up paddle board, is intimidating at best. But think of SUP yoga as more of an experience. You are getting fun, quality yoga, but it is much different than yoga on land. It is truly accessible and catered to beginners. Classes are uniquely sequenced, building in intensity as class the progresses. More importantly, while challenging yourself, you will laugh and even relax while taking in Hawaii's gorgeous coastlines and mountains. If you are lucky, you may even catch a rainbow. Winds and surf are always a factor for every class, but one of the best parts about taking your yoga practice off the mat and into Mother Nature's playground is letting go and surrendering to her elements. You will not regret this experience.

Michelle is an awesome SUP yoga

instructor! I’m not one who does a lot of yoga and had no clue how to paddle board, but wow! What an experience! Michelle makes you feel comfortable and suggests appropriate modifications for all levels! This was so magical, especially when you awake from savasana, so peaceful.
