Monday, May 11th Baby Got Back
This little diddy is full of hamstring stretches and spinal articulation. Lots of focus on the back to strengthen, lengthen, and relieve tension. We play with reverse sun salutations to build some internal heat before getting into some lunges, baby crow, and briefly, dancer's pose. It's a fun little mix of things. Give it a go!
